  • 1 cup freekeh
  • 2-3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon 7 spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt approx
  • Regular olive oil
  • Handful of braised chicken

  • 1 tablespoon butter + 3 tablespoon browned butter

For the Chicken Broth

  • 1 tablespoon of salt
